Funfetti Banana Bread

This banana bread was so easy to throw together and I loved that it was from a cake mix and there weren't too many ingredients to it. This bread was delicious and moist, and the funfetti cake mix added some fun to it!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Funfetti Cake Mix
  • 1 cup bananas about 4 bananas, mashed
  • 1½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a 5.25 x 9 x 2.75 large loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl or mixer, blend the cake mix, mashed bananas, cinnamon, eggs, and oil for about 2 minutes. Pour the batter inside.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool completely before slicing.
