Furikake Fries
Furikake Fries are crispy shoestring fries coated with Japanese furikake seasoning, optionally enhanced with togarashi spice. The fries offer a crunchy texture with umami-rich, savory flavors from the furikake, highlighted by seaweed, sesame, and salt notes. The togarashi adds a hint of heat and complexity, creating a flavorful twist on classic fries.
