Gabriela Yogurt Parfaits

Ingredients

  • Greek yogurt one 17.5oz container
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 peaches chopped, canned, sliced
  • 1 apricot halves chopped, canned
  • granola preferably homemade

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, add the yogurt, the heavy cream, the brown sugar and the vanilla. Whisk to combine. Cover and take it to the fridge for around 20 minutes.
  2. Assemble your parfaits in parfait glasses in this order: 2 Tbsp granola, 2 Tbsp fruit, 2 Tbsp yogurt. Repeat until the glass is full. Finish with yogurt, fruit and granola on top.
  3. Enjoy your parfaits for breakfast or brunch! :-)
