Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 1 kg carrots
  • 100 g sugar
  • 200 ml milk
  • cashews
  • almonds
  • pistachios

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. In a pan melt the butter on low heat
  2. When the butter is melted add the grated carrots and cook for 15 minutes
  3. Add the milk and cook for 15 minutes until the majority of the milk dries up
  4. Add the sugar and cook for a further 10 minutes
  5. Garnish with cashews, almonds, and pistachios then cook for a few more minutes and remove from heat
  6. Enjoy immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
