Gammon Steak In Air Fryer

Ingredients

For the steaks
  • 450 g Gammon steaks
  • Sprinkle Black Pepper
For the chips
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tsp dried parsley
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by peeling and chopping the potatoes into chunky chips. Add them to a bowl with your olive oil, parsley and a generous seasoning of salt and pepper. Place the chips into one of the dual drawers.
  2. Carefully remove the gammon from the packaging and place them into the 2nd dual drawer, being careful that they don’t break and overlapping slightly if needed.
  3. Sync the drawers. Air fry the chips for 23 minutes and the gammon for 8 minutes, both at 180c/360f. Though give the chips a shake just as the gammon is about to start.
  4. Serve your gammon steak and chips with an air fryer fried egg.

Notes

  • Basket. If you have an air fryer basket what we recommend is cooking the chips first for 15 minutes, shaking the chips and then adding the gammon steaks over the top of the chips for the final 8 minutes.
