Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon cardamom seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • ¼ average sized nutmeg

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Put all ingredients in a spice grinder, coffee grinder, or use a mortar and pestle.
  2. Grind until spices are fine, about 30-40 seconds in a machine.
  3. Use immediately, or store in an airtight container.
