Ingredients
- 2 tomato sliced, Campari
- 4-8 basil fresh leaves
- ½ cucumber a whole
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella
- balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Slice mozzarella into 8 slices
- Slice cucumber and tomato, you need 8 slices of each
- Layer mozzarella, fresh basil, a slice of cucumber, a slice of tomato
- Drizzle balsamic glaze or reduction over the top
- Serve immediately.
