Garlic Aioli

This lemon and garlic aioli is a super versatile recipe. This creamy homemade dip takes minutes to make, and is a must have condiment for any kitchen!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cloves garlic minced finely to a paste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1-2 Tablespoon lemon juice depending on what consistency you want
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add garlic paste, lemon zest, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Stir well to a smooth and creamy consistency.
  2. Taste it and check the consistency. Add more lemon juice, mayo or seasoning as desired.

Notes

  • Use fresh lemon and garlic for the best flavor.
  • Don't leave the garlic aioli at room temperature for more than two hours.
