Garlic Aioli

This lemon and garlic aioli is a super versatile recipe. This creamy homemade dip takes minutes to make, and is a must have condiment for any kitchen!

Ingredients
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced finely to a paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1-2 Tablespoon lemon juice depending on what consistency you want
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add garlic paste, lemon zest, lemon juice, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to a medium bowl. Stir well to a smooth and creamy consistency.
- Taste it and check the consistency. Add more lemon juice, mayo or seasoning as desired.
Notes
- Use fresh lemon and garlic for the best flavor.
- Don't leave the garlic aioli at room temperature for more than two hours.
