Garlic Aioli

Garlic aioli is one of the most popular restaurant sauces for a very good reason. Tangy, rich, with plenty of garlic its bursting with flavor!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Cloves garlic (pressed)
  • 1/2 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch granulated sugar
  • salt (To Taste)
  • pepper (To Taste)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients together in a measuring cup, stirring until mixed together completely.
  2. Add in more garlic to taste if desired, and salt if desired.
  3. Refrigerate until needed then serve in individual portions.
  4. Store for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.
