Garlic Balsamic Mushrooms

Ingredients

Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pound baby bella mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup onion, minced
Sauce
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, minced
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in 1 pound baby bella mushrooms, 2 cloves garlic, and ¼ cup onion,. Saute everything together for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. While the mushrooms are sauteing, make the sauce. Add ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon parsley, 1 teaspoon rosemary, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar to a small bowl, then whisk to combine.
  3. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and toss to coat. Continue to cook another few minutes until everything is coated well in the sauce and has cooked down just a bit.
  4. Remove from heat and serve with additional parsley for garnish.
