Ingredients
Mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound baby bella mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup onion, minced
Sauce
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, minced
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar

Instructions
- Heat 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in 1 pound baby bella mushrooms, 2 cloves garlic, and ¼ cup onion,. Saute everything together for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the mushrooms are sauteing, make the sauce. Add ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, 1 teaspoon parsley, 1 teaspoon rosemary, and 1 teaspoon brown sugar to a small bowl, then whisk to combine.
- Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and toss to coat. Continue to cook another few minutes until everything is coated well in the sauce and has cooked down just a bit.
- Remove from heat and serve with additional parsley for garnish.
