Ingredients
- 2 pounds baby bok choy
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Quarter the baby bok choy and add to a large bowl.
- Soak in water, shaking to remove any dirt between the leaves, then drain well and pat dry with a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
- Add vegetable oil and sesame oil to a large heavy skillet on medium heat.
- Add in garlic, stir and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add in bok choy, stir to coat.
- Cook for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for 3 minutes.
- Add in soy sauce, sesame seeds and crushed red pepper flakes, stir to coat.
- Cover and cook for 2 minutes then serve.
