Garlic Bread
Garlic Bread uses a soft French bread loaf generously brushed with a butter mixture of minced garlic, kosher salt, and fresh parsley before baking. The bread is baked first at moderate temperature to warm and infuse butter flavors, then briefly broiled to achieve a golden, lightly crisp top. This method creates a fragrant, savory bread with a tender crumb and a bright, garlicky finish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened, unsalted
- 3 cloves garlic , minced
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons parsley , minced
- 1 loaf French bread , not baguette
Instructions

- Mash together the butter, garlic, salt and parsley.
- Cut the French Bread in half lengthwise.
