Garlic Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon

This Garlic Brown Sugar Glazed Salmon blends sweet, savory, and tangy flavors with a tender, flaky texture. The salmon bakes gently in a foil packet with a glaze of brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice, sealing in moisture and infusing the fish with a balanced glaze. Finishing under the broiler caramelizes the glaze, adding a caramelized crust and intensified flavor. It’s a straightforward way to prepare Atlantic salmon with a flavorful glaze that complements the fish’s natural richness, ideal for a simple yet flavorful main course.
