Garlic Bruschetta
When it comes to Italian cuisine, garlic bruschetta is a classic. This simple recipe is flavourful, and fresh, making it perfect for gatherings with friends and family.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian bread Halved crosswise
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- On a baking sheet toast the bread slices under a preheated broiler for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they are golden.
- Transferring them as they are toasted to a work surface.
- Rub one side of each toast slice with the cut side of a garlic clove, drizzle or brush it generously with olive oil.
