Garlic Bruschetta

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Italian bread Halved crosswise
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 6 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. On a baking sheet toast the bread slices under a preheated broiler for about 2 minutes on each side, or until they are golden.
  2. Transferring them as they are toasted to a work surface.
  3. Rub one side of each toast slice with the cut side of a garlic clove, drizzle or brush it generously with olive oil.
