Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 5 teaspoons minced garlic about 5 cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Season the 2 pork tenderloins with 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper and then sprinkle with 2 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt 4 tablespoons butter and add in 5 teaspoons minced garlic. Stir 1 minute.
- Sear pork tenderloin in the butter until all sides are browned. Transfer to an oven safe dish and bake in the oven 10 to 15 minutes, or until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees F (medium rare) or 160 degrees F (medium).
