Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1 zucchini about 8 oz. (226 g), cut into strips
- 1 pinch salt or to taste
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian parsley chopped
- 3 slices lemon cut into halves
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the melted butter and sauté the garlic until slightly browned. Add the zucchini and stir a few times. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Lightly toss and sauté for about 2 minutes, being careful not to overcook the zucchini. Add the parsley and lemon, stirring for about 10 seconds. Dish out and serve immediately.
