Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salted butter softened
- 1 clove garlic grated or minced finely
- 1/2 teaspoon dried or fresh chives
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 lb. peeled and deveined medium shrimp* I used 43-50
Instructions
- Stir butter, garlic, chives, salt and pepper together to incorporate. Melt in large cast iron skillet over medium heat.
- Add in shrimp and cook 1-2 minutes a side or until they turn bright pink. Remove from pan immediately to prevent overcooking and serve hot.
