Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 ½ pounds sirloin steak cut into 1-inch bite sized pieces
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Add the steak cubes to the skillet and cook on one side undisturbed until browned, about 4-5 minutes. Flip them over and cook on the other side for 3 more minutes.
- Add the butter and garlic and continue cooking, stirring frequently, until the garlic is lightly golden and fragrant, about 1 more minute.
- Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
