Garlic Feta Dip

Easy whipped Mediterranean Feta Dip with garlic, feta, cream cheese, and Greek yogurt. Ready in less than 10 minutes and everyone loves it!

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces crumbled Feta cheese divided
  • 4 ounces light cream cheese Neufchatel cheese, at room temperature
  • ⅓ cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • For Serving: crackers, fresh veggies, and/or pita bread or pita chips

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade,place two-thirds of the feta, the cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic cloves, lemon juice, oregano, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, then sprinkle with the remaining third of the feta, diced bell pepper, and parsley. Serve immediately with crackers and veggies as desired, or refrigerate for up to 1 day. If making ahead, sprinkle with bell peppers and parsley just before serving.

Notes

  • TO MAKE AHEAD: This dip can be prepared and refrigerated up to 1 day in advance. Sprinkle with the chopped peppers and parsley just before serving.
  • TO STORE: Cover and refrigerate leftover dip for up to 3 days.
