Ingredients

  • ¼ cup oil (vegetable, olive or avocado)
  • 1 pound fresh green beans washed and trimmed*
  • 4 small cloves of Garlic minced
  • 1 Tablespoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Over medium heat, in a nonstick skillet, heat the oil; add the green beans, minced garlic,  Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir to combine well. 
  2. Cover the green beans with a lid and bring the temperature down to low. Cook for 8  minutes, stirring occasionally.
