Ingredients
- 2 lbs salmon cut into 6 filets
- 4 tbsp garlic paste or finely diced garlic
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Italian seasonings
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper fresh cracked
- Dill handful of fresh
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lay strip of foil on baking sheet.
- Add salmon.
- Add zucchini and onion over salmon.
- Top with herbs and extra virgin olive oil.
- Sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Toss and rub to season the fish and veggies evenly.
- Fold foil into pouch.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until salmon is opaque and vegetables are soft.
