Ingredients

  • 480 gms all-purpose flour or bread flour; 3 cups
  • 7 gms active dry yeast 2 ¼ tsp
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 60 ml milk ¼ cup
  • 265 ml water lukewarm; 1 cup + 2 tbsp
  • 4 cloves garlic minced (I used a garlic press)
  • 55 gms butter melted, salted
  • 1 tsp oregano dried
  • 1 tsp parsley dried or 1 tbsp fresh chopped Italian parsley
