Ingredients
- 480 gms all-purpose flour or bread flour; 3 cups
- 7 gms active dry yeast 2 ¼ tsp
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 60 ml milk ¼ cup
- 265 ml water lukewarm; 1 cup + 2 tbsp
- 4 cloves garlic minced (I used a garlic press)
- 55 gms butter melted, salted
- 1 tsp oregano dried
- 1 tsp parsley dried or 1 tbsp fresh chopped Italian parsley
