Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 10 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon mustard optional, sometimes I add a little because my husband loves mustard everything

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Get out and measure your ingredients.
  2. Using a whisk, combine mayo, garlic, lemon juice salt, pepper and oil in a small bowl or container with a lid.
  3. Whisk until blended. Allow to set in fridge for at least an hour, if not two, before serving but honestly the longer the better.
  4. Serve and enjoy every bite!

Notes

  • If the garlic flavor is overwhelming, add more mayo, one tablespoon at a time.
  • Garlic mayo will last a week inside your fridge.
