Ingredients

  • 250 g egg noodles
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Coriander For garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, but be careful not to brown it.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss them with the garlic-infused oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated with the sauce.
  6. Serve the garlic noodles hot, garnished with fresh coriander leaves if desired.
