Ingredients

  • 2 bunches broccolini , ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper , freshly ground
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese , finely shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Toss trimmed broccolini in olive oil, Kosher salt, minced garlic and ground black pepper.
  3. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet, leaving extra oil in the mixing bowl. You can fish out chunks of garlic and just add them on top. Arrange in a single layer.
  4. Roast for 12-14 minutes, or until broccolini is tender and vibrant green.
  5. Remove and top with grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
