Making broccolini couldn't be easier than with the BEST Garlic Parmesan Broccolini Recipe! You only need 5 ingredients and 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- 2 bunches broccolini , ends trimmed
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper , freshly ground
- 2 garlic cloves , minced
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese , finely shredded

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss trimmed broccolini in olive oil, Kosher salt, minced garlic and ground black pepper.
- Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet, leaving extra oil in the mixing bowl. You can fish out chunks of garlic and just add them on top. Arrange in a single layer.
- Roast for 12-14 minutes, or until broccolini is tender and vibrant green.
- Remove and top with grated parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
