Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 steak strips (sirloin or flank steak)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat the Oven:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Chicken & Steak:
  1. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  2. Coat the chicken breasts and steak strips in the garlic Parmesan mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Add Cheese:
  1. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken and steak, then top with shredded mozzarella.
Bake the Dish:
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the steak reaches your desired doneness.
Finish and Serve:
  1. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
