Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 pound fresh green beans ends trimmed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
  2. Add the trimmed green beans to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the beans are tender but still crisp.
  3. Remove from heat and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat the green beans evenly with the cheese. Serve immediately.
