Garlic Parmesan Roasted Carrot

One of the best carrot recipes is oven roasted carrots with garlic butter and Parmesan cheese. This savory roasted carrots recipe is easy, healthy and great for kids!

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. (350g) carrot skin peeled
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix the melted butter and garlic together. Coat the carrots evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Arrange the carrots on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle the remaining garlic butter mixture over the carrots. Roast for 15 minutes, then sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
  4. Roast for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts and is slightly browned. Remove from the oven and top with parsley. Serve immediately.
