Ingredients
- 250 g bread flour Strong white
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 7 g yeast Sachet fast-action
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml warm water
- 3 cloves garlic Minced
- 2 tbsp butter Melted
- 1 parsley Fresh, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
- Make a well in the centre and add the olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it proof for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C fan/gas mark 7).
- Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness for the pizza bread.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic and melted butter.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the pizza bread is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Slice and serve hot.
