Ingredients

  • 250 g bread flour Strong white
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 7 g yeast Sachet fast-action
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 ml warm water
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp butter Melted
  • 1 parsley Fresh, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Make a well in the centre and add the olive oil and warm water. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it proof for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 220°C (200°C fan/gas mark 7).
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness for the pizza bread.
  7. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic and melted butter.
  9. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the pizza bread is golden brown.
  11. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  12. Slice and serve hot.
