Ingredients

  • 1 lb (500g) asparagus bottom stems trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter melted
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 cloves garlic thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C). In a sheet pan, toss the asparagus with the melted butter and season with a generous pinch of salt. Arrange the garlic slices on top of the asparagus.
  2. Roast the asparagus for 12 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
