Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes
Garlic Roasted Red Potatoes combine quartered red potatoes with melted butter, minced garlic, and kosher salt, then are baked until tender. The roasting method includes an initial covered bake to soften the potatoes, followed by uncovered baking to achieve a golden, slightly crispy exterior. The garlic infuses the potatoes with a savory note that complements the creamy butter and red potato texture.
