Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs (750g) Campari tomatoes cut into halves
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 3 cloves whole garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the tomatoes and whole garlic on a baking tray. Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes, followed by the garlic, salt, and ground black pepper. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the tomatoes.
- Roast in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
