Garlic Roasted White Potatoes Recipe

Roasted White Potatoes are a favorite side dish with just about everyone! They’re creamy on the inside, crispy on the outside, and pair well with other veggies and meat.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds white potatoes cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic 
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a baking sheet or tray with cooking oil.
  2. Arrange the potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer. Drizzle with the oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Toss so the potatoes are evenly coated.
  3. Roast for about 45-55 minutes turning the potatoes occasionally, until they’re golden and crisp.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the oven and season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
