Garlic Shrimp and Peas
Garlic Shrimp and Peas is a simple sautéed dish where shrimp is cooked quickly in a garlic butter sauce with shallots and white wine, then combined with fresh peas and fresh herbs. The dish balances bright lemon and fresh dill and chives, giving a bright, herbal finish. The method highlights gentle cooking to avoid overcooking the shrimp and maintains a mix of tender shrimp and sweet peas in a buttery, aromatic sauce.
