Ingredients
- 15 15 ounce can chickpeas drained and rinsed
- 1 1 Tablespoon olive oil just a drizzle!
- 1 - 1 ½ 1 - 1 ½ teaspoons seasoning of choice or salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pat the chickpeas dry with a paper towel. It’s really important to be sure they are completely dry, or they will not crisp up well.
- Toss with a drizzle of olive oil and seasoning until coated.
- Spread in an even layer on the crisper rack of the air fryer. Air fry at 400°F for about 5 minutes, tossing halfway through.
- Remove from the air fryer basket and let cool slightly to continue crisping up, then enjoy them on their own or on top of salads, in tacos, vegetable bowls, and more!
