Ingredients

  • 3 cups spaghetti squash cooked and shredded
  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
  • ⅓ cup shredded cheese optional
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • tsp onion powder
  • pinch paprika optional

Instructions

  1. First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients.
  3. Mix until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the greased pan.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling.
  6. Finally, remove the pan from the oven. Serve hot and fresh!

Notes

  • For Whole30 and Paleo, omit the cheese.
  • The spice level for this dish is medium.
  • Bake until the edges are bubbly.
  • Store the leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in the microwave or in the oven.
