Ingredients
- 3 cups spaghetti squash cooked and shredded
- 2 cups shredded chicken
- ½ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce
- ⅓ cup shredded cheese optional
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- tsp onion powder
- pinch paprika optional
Instructions
- First, preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, add all of the ingredients.
- Mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling.
- Finally, remove the pan from the oven. Serve hot and fresh!
