Ingredients
- ½ cup panko
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened to room temperature
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese shredded
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
- 4 ounces diced jalapenos canned
- 4 ounces diced green chiles
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- 2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, stir panko and olive oil until combined; set aside.
- Add the remaining ingredients to a large mixing bowl using a use hand mixer to combine completely (or mix by hand with a sturdy spatula).
- Transfer the dip in a small baking dish, spreading in an even layer. Then top with the breadcrumbs, gently patting them down to cover the dip. Bake for about 25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. If needed, turn on the broiler for 1-2 minutes to finish toasting the topping.
- Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, crackers, or veggies. Enjoy!
