Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves tightly packed
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves tightly packed
  • 1/2 /2 inch piece ginger
  • 2-3 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 Tablespoons lime juice
  • 2-3 Tablespoons water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Serrano pepper optional

Instructions

  1. Add cilantro, mint, ginger, garlic, and lime juice in a food processor or blender. Pulse and add water, 1 Tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Add salt to taste.
  2. Store chutney in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
