- 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves tightly packed
- 1 cup fresh mint leaves tightly packed
- 1/2 /2 inch piece ginger
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1-2 Tablespoons lime juice
- 2-3 Tablespoons water
- salt to taste
- 1 Serrano pepper optional
Instructions
- Add cilantro, mint, ginger, garlic, and lime juice in a food processor or blender. Pulse and add water, 1 Tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached. Add salt to taste.
- Store chutney in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
