This Gluten Free Edible Cookie Dough is smooth, creamy, and dotted with dark chocolate chips. It's the perfect little snack or dessert. It's incredibly easy and SO delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Paleo baking flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. First, place baking flour in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute to kill off bacteria.
  2. Once flour has reached 160 degrees Fahrenheit, add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to the bowl and stir to combine.
  3. Lastly, fold in chocolate chips.

Notes

  • Heating the flour kills all bacteria.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
  • I have not tried this recipe with only almond flour, only coconut flour or another flour.
  • In addition to being gluten free, this recipe is also Paleo and Vegan.
