Ingredients
- 1 cup Paleo baking flour
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- Pinch sea salt
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- First, place baking flour in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute to kill off bacteria.
- Once flour has reached 160 degrees Fahrenheit, add all ingredients (except chocolate chips) to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Lastly, fold in chocolate chips.

Notes
- Heating the flour kills all bacteria.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
- I have not tried this recipe with only almond flour, only coconut flour or another flour.
- In addition to being gluten free, this recipe is also Paleo and Vegan.
