Ingredients

  • 15 ounces cannellini beans drained and rinsed (1 can)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons fresh Rosemary about 1 spring
  • ¾ cup cottage cheese
  • ½ lemon zested
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except for the olive oil in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until combined.
  2. Add the olive oil and puree again until smooth; add additional olive oil if you prefer a thinner spread. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
