Ingredients
- 15 ounces cannellini beans drained and rinsed (1 can)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh Rosemary about 1 spring
- ¾ cup cottage cheese
- ½ lemon zested
- ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except for the olive oil in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until combined.
- Add the olive oil and puree again until smooth; add additional olive oil if you prefer a thinner spread. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
