- ¾ cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ¼ cups flour all purpose or gluten free
- pinch sea salt
- 2 cups freeze dried strawberries
Strawberry Glaze
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp milk

Instructions
- First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the melted butter and melted white chocolate.
- Add in the eggs, egg yolk, sugar, and vanilla. Stir vigorously until light and frothy.
- Add the freeze dried strawberries to a food processor. Process until finely ground. Fold in the flour, salt, and ground freeze dried strawberries. Stir together.
- Transfer this batter to the lined pan. Bake for 25 to 27 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with only moist crumbs.
- Once the brownies have fully cooled, make the glaze. Process the freeze dried strawberries until finely ground. Combine the powdered sugar, milk, and ground freeze dried strawberries in a small bowl. If needed, add another drop of milk to achieve a creamy consistency.
- Finally, spread the glaze on top of the brownies. Slice and serve!
