This Vegan Mug Brownie is incredibly fudge like and rich! This recipe is super easy and takes only minutes to prepare. This mug brownie is made with only a few healthy ingredients. It's my go to quick dessert!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tbsp almond butter or other nut butter
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp vegan milk
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. First, spray a small mug or ramekin with coconut oil spray.
  2. Next, combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Pour batter into mug.
  4. Top with additional chocolate chips if desired.
  5. Then, microwave for 1 minute.
  6. Carefully remove from microwave (it is HOT!).
  7. Finally, garnish with desired toppings and serve!

Notes

  • Any drippy nut butter can be used.
  • Dough will be thick.
  • Any dairy free milk will work!
  • Microwave for 1 minute.  Brownie might be a little gooey in the middle.
  • Use an oven mitt to remove from microwave.
